Anchor
Anchor Wallet is Greymass's open-source wallet for Antelope-based networks, including WAX. It is designed to help you securely sign transactions, connect to dApps, manage accounts, and work across multiple supported chains from one wallet.
Download Anchor only from official sources
The only official Anchor download locations are anchorwallet.io, greymass.com/anchor, and the Greymass GitHub repository. anchorwallet.org is fake. Do not download Anchor from that site or from any other unofficial page, ad, or search result.
Greymass describes Anchor as security and privacy focused. On desktop, Anchor supports strong local encryption, Ledger integration, account management tools, and a richer set of wallet controls for power users. Anchor also supports sign-in flows for Antelope-based applications and can provide a limited number of free transactions on supported networks through Greymass Fuel.
Why Use Anchor?
- Security-focused: Anchor uses local encryption and supports hardware wallets such as Ledger on desktop.
- Privacy-focused: Greymass states that Anchor's default servers do not collect identifiable information, and advanced users can customize the services the app uses.
- Built for Antelope: Anchor works with WAX and other Antelope-based blockchains.
- Feature-rich: Use Anchor to review accounts, sign transactions, interact with dApps, and manage wallet access from one place.
